Thank you for shopping with Kasa Label (kasalabel.in). We aim to deliver your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time unless explicitly mentioned.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • During high-demand periods, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly extended


3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time: 4–7 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on:

    • Customer location

    • Courier partner operations

    • Weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout

  • We may offer free shipping on select orders, products, or promotional campaigns at our discretion


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email

  • You can track your shipment until delivery


6. Delays & Exceptions

Kasa Label is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Courier partner delays or operational issues

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, etc.)


7. Undelivered / RTO Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept the order

The customer may be required to bear re-shipping charges. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs.


8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos of the package and product
