We accept exchange only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
All original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories are intact
Exchange will not be accepted if:
The product shows signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery
The exchange request is raised after the allowed time window
The product is purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged/defective)
The issue is due to customer preference (size, color, style, or change of mind), unless explicitly stated otherwise

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable) and you will be asked to self-ship the product
Exchange shipping costs will be not borne by us only for approved damaged/defective/incorrect products
Exchanges are allowed only for size or product replacement, subject to availability
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Only one exchange per order is permitted
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
